We're miscommunicating here. The X-11 plug is over on the passengers side of the car. It'll be in the passengers foot well, up and to the far right....somewhere.

There is no plug b/t the MAIN RELAY and the plug called X-11, so there's no need to unplug any other connectors.

The wires in the four wire plug at the MAIN RELAY are all in the Front harness and the front harness runs over to the passengers side of the car and the X-11 is one of several plugs in the 'Front harness.

This IS a series FIVE car, isn't it. Series four are different in the plugs. But even in a series FOUR car the plug is in the same area on the passengers foot well area. On a series four car the plug has a ORANGE hue to it.

the reason for the miscommunication is that this car is RHD. so when you say passenger side, or passenger fott foot well. im not sure if your refering to the RHD passenger foot well, or LHD passenger foot well.

but from looking at the diagram, it should just stay at the PASSENGER side no matter what the car is.

and yes its a series 5 car. and series 5 swap.

well, im pretty sure i found it. it was all by itself in the "passenger" (left hand side) about 18-24 inchs back from the ECU. wich corresponds with the picture you posted of the dash, just opposite. you can also see the B/Y wire you are talking about in the correct spot.

heres something though. it wasnt plugged into anything. soooo, that could explain it very easily. but i dont see where it should plug into either... unless im at the wrong plug.

Just being argumenative>........the jpg I attached showed the X-11 plug on the right side of the interior. See second jpg attached.

Anyway, IF this car is a series five, then there should be a plug on the FRONT harness for that plug you pictured to plug into.

See the first jpg attached. Knowing that the plugs are viewed from the WIRE side of the plug, then the plug you have a jpg of is from the EM harness that attached to the engine. You can tell by the B/Y wires on the left side of the plug. I colord the EM half of the plug in Pink.

Just saying that there is a plug for that one to mate to and it's in the same area of the interior if this is a series five car. IF this is a series four car..........ain't thar 'cause series five don't have that plug X-11 in that shape and form.

By the way, the pictures you attach help a lot helping you out.

Well judge. I am the one messed up. The car is a right hand drive. I dumbed out.

Sorry, I've no jpgs of right hand drive cars/locations/etc.

I had it stuck in my head you had a USA car and were putting in a right hand drive harness from a JDM engine.

Frankly I'm clueless where the plug will be on a right hand drive car. Maybe it's on the other side of the car. Got me. Search and destroy!

Maybe some Aussie or Englander will see this thread and can tell you.

I started a thread on the AUS forum here: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...04#post9233304

You might look at that thread once and a while to see if anybody replys.

hailers, i want to say thank you for all your help. after looking under the dash for a little. i found the male end of that plug i pictured above. i had taped it off during the swap thinking it was part of the AC system that im not using. plugged it in just to see, and checked power. the injectors have power!!!

put the manifolds on and she started first crank!!! like a brand new car.

but she turned off after about 2 seconds. i put the manifolds on with no silicone or gasket just to see if it would fire. i knew it would cause a vacuum leak. but i didnt want to clean all the silicone off again if that wasnt the problem. it started to rain a little so i pushed it back in the garage and put the manifolds back on with silicone and a new gasket. im pretty sure she'll run just fine now.

thanks again...
