Secondary injectors require load for them to fire.

Ok, why does it run the same when there plugged in? Car won't rev fast. I can rev all the way if I slowly open Tb.

If the engine is not under load then they aren't working whether they are plugged in or not. Unless the TPS is disconnected and the Boost/Pressure sensor vacuum hose is disconnected and plugged the secondary injectors won't fire from just reving the engine while in the driveway as an example.

O ok. Any idea why I'm getting fuel cut when I rev fast. It will rev to redline if I rev slow, but if I stab it it won't go past 4k and backfires.

Check the operation of 5/6 ports. If they don't work you will want to remove them and clean them up as they may have massive carbon buildup that could blow your engine if it finds its way into the combustion chamber.

Then your next test is to see if your injectors really are firing. You will need a load on the engine to get them to fire and then someway to observe them.
