injector size for street port and exaust ported engine???

injector size for street port and exaust ported engine???

well the thread title says it all, should i get larger injectors for my engine that i am going to street port and exh port???

The stock factory injectors will support up to 230HP at 80% duty cycle. Check out this site and learn more on sizing your injectors to your requirements and the engine requirements. Its a good factual site. Not a lot of fluff.

I can't remember exactly where the section on the injector sizing and capabilities are but its in there.

Sorry Ted if your talking to me. That would be for the 460cc injectors I'm referring to. I believe the TII injectors were good for about 320HP at 80%. These numbers are assuming the injectors have been professionally cleaned or brand new.

N/a engines also have a lower BSFC than the turbos. Therefore they use a smaller injector for the same hp.
