Question Injector questions

I finally found the problem. My car doesnt start, not because of flooding but because the rear rotor DOESNT get fuel!
So today ive did some testing.
Resault:
All four injectors got 12v when key on.
Primary front goes to ground when i try to start.
Both secondary dont do anything.
Primary rear goes sometimes short to ground (it looks like it)
All four injectors dont leak and they are not clogged.
i also checked that they were connected to the right pin number on the ECU.
This testing was done with the UIM removed so the ar intake sens, TPS was not connected.

Doesnt the secondary injectors always inject(different rate from the primaries?)?
Is there some failsafe or something like over boost etc that cuts off the fuel from the rear rotor?

Thanks

I did some more testing.
Made a short wire from the ecu and to the injector, and plugged it on to 12v batteri.. The front primary does work but not the 3 others.. so it isnt the wiring.. Is my ECU fried? :S :S

Stuck Injectors.....at startup only the primaries fire until 3800 rpm. This is the reason that sometime rotaries that are stored for a while die when you go above 3800 rpm becasue the injectors are stuck closed. I made a injector Hammer from some electonics but that couldn't unstick one injector I had. I removed it and use a small timber dowel to tap the injector pintel to unstick it. I then threw the injector in the bin because it is a pain to rip off the manifold. But I then knew that it was stuck closed for sure. Unstick the injector by removing them and then spraying in the fuel rail of the injector with INOX leave then sit for 1/2 a day and then with wooden dowel place a little pressure on the pintel it should unstick if it does add heaps of 2 stroke oil and reinstall. The engine should be run as soon as it is assembled. Take it for a nice drive and use the secondaries. Add a litre of 2 stroke oil to a full tank of fuel and 1/2 a litre of Metho to absorb the water in your fuel tank. Now drive it steady but again get the reves above 3800 with out heavy load.

You should have a worker now!

I have tested all the injectors on a 12v battery, all 4 works when i plugg it directly on the battery so non of them are stuck :S

When i checked for signal at the ecu it looks like only the front primary gets connected to ground :S

i have the same problem, but neither of my primarys work, ive checked evrything and i have reason to believe my ecu is toast, cause they both injector connectors get power, there brand new injectors..so i think the ecu isnt sending the fround to get it to fire...? any suggestions ps i hooked the injectors up directly to a 12v source and they clicked fine.

Unhappy

Hi Sindregutt or anyone, how can you tell if your injectors are leaking without taking anything apart? My symptom is when every I start my FC after I let it sit over night or two, it will puff white/grey smoke like crazy; but when I run it, stop to shop and come back out to start, it don't smoke that much or even at all. Do I have a leaky injectors or is the oil seal on it's way out? The smoke is not sweet so it is not coolent. In the morning, it does smell like water vapor plus some oil and fuel. How can I check and tell? And if a injector is in fact leaking, can it be fix or I need to buy new ones? How much are they runing new? Thanks in advance.
