I had mine cleaned at Witch Hunter Performance a while ago, it cost $72.00 to clean all 4. It turns out mine weren't in bad shape in the first place (they provide a chart comparing flow before and after cleaning), but if yours are leaking, it can cause flooding and if they are clogged it can negatively affect performance. Another important thing is that they replace all the O-rings and grommets, which can get brittle and crack, causing vacuum leaks and other problems. I'd say it's worth it, even if only for insurance against any problems. Also, make sure you can install them shortly after receiving them (they say within 30 days) because the cleaning agents used can cause the injectors to lock up if not used for a while.

Send them out to Kgparts. I've had several sets cleaned by him with no problems. Keith is well known in the Rotary community.

You probably have a local shop that does it as well. Check the Yellow Pages for "injection service". Generally next day, and cheaper then mail order.
