Question Info on GTX model series 4?

Hi to everyone, i recently bought my series 4 13b turbo (finally ) and am in the process of fixing it and learning as much as possible, ive had a good read through alot of the 2nd gen specific threads and they are very informative, i still have some questions, but the main one that has me stumped at the moment, is where to find more info on the GTX model i have, i have learned that it is an import from Japan, and it should be the 200hp model, but i cant seem to find much else on the web using google. Alot of the info i have managed to find is obviously on the American models, and im in New Zealand. If anyone can help to get me started so that i can learn the differences and basic features of my model, i would be appreciative
Cheers

Can't be 200hp...
All S4's are 185ps or 182hp.
The GTX is basically a top loaded model.

Your car is a S4 wich in japan is equivalent to the GTR , then comes the GTX wich is the S5 with the electrical oil pump.

In japan they only had turbo models wich where

GTR and GTX, they had a limited productin of GTL ( wich are GTR's special edition wich goodies or GTX's with goodies, then they had the efini IV wich was a GTX wich some exaust work.

( if i wrong , im welcome for corrections )

Ive heard this said alot on this forum, but Im pretty sure that isnt true. IIRC GTR and GTX were just different levels of trim and options.

Thanks everyone, its all very handy food for thought.
im probably missing something, but does anyone know of any pages that i can find all the factory specs for the gtx model? mine (if it is a gtx, im assuming so cos it says on the door but who knows it could be a replacement door) is totally factory apart from 3 inch exhaust from the turbo back, 17 rims, a nice quiet blow off valve, a modified gearbox crossmember (who knoes why?) and it has aluminium steering controll arms allthough that could be factory.
im allready hucking into restoring it back to what i hope is mainly factory, so that i have a nice solid base to start from, and i really want to know exactly what it does have that i cant see
thanks everyone
Gareth

Felix is a dumbass.
He might know his **** when it comes to 1st gens, older stuff, but he doesn't know jack about FC's (and newer, FD's) and anything turbo.

Ignore his page when it comes to information on FC's and turbos.

Note that he is from New Zealand, japanese imports are somewhat common, and a hell of alot easier to do than here in North America.

yeah its not too bad for imports over here, the rules are gettin worse though, it only set me back $6000 NZ dollars, with spare parts, its in pretty good condition just needs a new door which i got for $50 and some welding on the chassis which isnt too bad either

This website is strongly U.S. oriented.  The GT-X / GT-R wasn't sold in the U.S.
You might want to try maybe the regional forums, especially the Far East one?
