Port/polish

how hard/long would it take someone to port and poslish a 91 intake manifold? is it worth my time and is there enough hp/torque gain to justify doing it?

Difficulty is moderate and it is worth it if done correctly. I see from your profile it is a 91 N/A Coupe (no GXL in 91, it's just a "Coupe"). Up to 15 whp can be achieved on a modded car.
