i have ben an rx7 enthusiest for years. but recently i blew up my ka-t 240sx and i need something to drive while i rebuild that, so what do you know i end up whith 2 rx7,s both fc's one is a 89 vert and the other is an 87 hatch back

the 87 has ben converted to carbuation (not my cup of tea) but only has 63k miles and lots of bolt on mods. infact it looks like somoneone started that project and gave up on it.
and the vert is stock as can be and runs butifuly however has a blown auto tranny and had 150 k miles on it

i need to put both of these cars together to make me a daly driver and ime gona need some help becaus ive neeeeever tried working on an rx7 and i have no idea how the engine managment works nore do i know what i need what i can get rid of and so on.

why don't you swap the transmissions? Use the Vert as DD, sell the carbed low mileage 87 and do a TII swap on the vert when the motor dies.

Got any pics?

You can use the S5 Keg and make it run.. as an S4.You would use the Front Cover and the manifolds,etc..and the s4 Harness.
