I'm having electrical problems

I have a 90 rx7 n/a. Anyways, the dash light/taillight fuse will not stop blowing. What could cause this problem?

headlights are not even wired on the same circuit or using the same outputs from the switch.

The only thing common between the headlights and parking lights is that they use the same ****

if your good at heel toe (and a good set of brakes) you can always kinda hold down the brake (just enough to light up the tali lights) at night so you wont get a ticket.
