i don't see why it wouldn't work, but don't expect it to last another 100,000 miles

the rebuilding isnt the hard part, its getting the engine in and out and wiring that sucks.........anyway yea the turbo idea would definately bring down the life of ur car. Like he said, "dont expect it to last another 100,000 miles"

Check compression. If all is good, go for it. Just don't skimp on supporting fuel mods or you are f'ed.

Just do. It's about to blow soon anyways. Anyways, if it doesn't blow you probably didn't tune it correctly.

yea a stage 2 BNR with correct fuel upgrades would definatley decrease the life of your engine. Do a compression test, if its good, go for it but be prepared for a breakdown.

If you want a quality rebuild, maby a 10% increase of power(streetport), and great service, get a hold of Chris and Elaine at banzai-racing.com and have them hook you up.

Good luck,
-Dustin.

Yeah, so destroy a housing, rotor, possibly the turbine?

When engines blow they generally don't just lose an apex seal. That seal flies around inside the housing and chews it and the rotor up. Sometimes the irons as well, and sometimes the turbine wheel.

i agree with aaron i would be safe before your sorry. Before buying the upgraded turbo and fuel system you should invest in a motor that you can trust in supporting the turbo upgrade
