ignition switch wiring

there was an immobilizer in my car from the previous owner and i'm trying to remove it and reconnect the original wiring.
After detaching all the wiring from the immobilizer this is what I was left with.
This first picture shows the cut wires hanging off the ignition switch, and the one below it shows the only other wires of the
same thickness i could find nearby. But the colours don't match up apart from the blue and red/black one. Was there a connector between them where a colour change occurs?

This is the colors in the second pic to know what each one should be. You can use a meter on the cut wires to test key positions. OFF-ACC-IGN-START

also, there's 2 much smaller gauge black and red wires shown in the above pic here. are they supposed to be part of the white connector shown in the bottom picture? do you know what colour they are supposed to connect to? I don't seem to have the green wire that they have in the white connector. thanks

this is just a guess. put a meter set to continuity across the two small wires. see if inserting the key does anything.

I wonder if the reason for not making the ignition/start motor wire continue as the same colour across the connector is so that people who install immobilizers won't be able to have their cars too easily stolen by the thief who could just reconnect all the wires that are the same color
