Ignition covers a lot of items. A sample of the cost of a switch is here: http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/ma...201-17221.html

It does not look like the ignition switch in my cars, but who knows. Just google for RX-7 IGNITON SWITCH

Follow up: are the CAS's the same? The douchebag I got my TII drivetrain from cut nothing... except the CAS pigtail, about .5" from the sensor.

CAS are the same but the wiring After the CAS to the ECU is different in that the two gnd wires coming out of the CAS are coupled together on a S5 but not so on a series four. In other words on a series four there are four wires leaving the CAS and four wires arriving at the ECU from the CAS.

But on a series five, there are four wires leaving the CAS but only three arriving at the ECU. Because the two gnd wires are spliced together in the EM harness, so only one gnd wire arrives at the ECU.
