Idles rough, but when i step on the clutch, it idles fine...but at 1.5k rpm, ideas???

Idles rough (jumps between 800 and 1000 rpm), but when i step on the clutch, it idles fine...but at 1.5k rpm, ideas???
sounds like a vac leak, but any special areas for this ?

And the engine gets kinda shakey when the idles drops
