I’m doing a air pump delete on my 1989 gtu and theres alot of vacuum lines that are in the way. I was wondering if I can delete the vacuum lines that is near the primary fuel injectors and in any of the pictures?

No. I would leave all the vacuum lines in place. Could some be gotten rid of? Sure but I don't think there is anything to gain by doing so. I would while you have it all apart get some good silicone line and replace them all.
