Fuel line = 3/8. 5/16 will also work. The coolant lines around the tb/UIM are also 3/8 or 5/16. Just a guess but I think the heater core hoses are 7/16.

most of them are pre shaped and fitted... you are better off getting them from the dealership.

the heater hoses and one under the TB will be a pain unless you get the pre bent ones made to fit.

I used 3/8 for my fuel and coolant lines. I have all my emissions and vacuum rack removed. I think I used about 8ft?

ok so guys here we go: this is all i need and i should be ok right?

3.5mm= 22ft
6.0mm= 6ft
10mm= 2ft
3/8"= 10 ft

This will include every vacuum and coolant bypass/ fuel hose in the entire car? My car is a non-turbo 88 by the way... I'm I missing anything.... the only thing i have taken out is the oil metering pump and the 4 oil metering pump lines along with the oil injectors ( I went premix) so i don't ned that one vacuum hose that goes on top of the T/B so besides that i should be set right?

Do you have your full emissions system in tact? Mine is fully removed and I used:

10mm - 24 inchs
6mm - 50 inchs
4mm - 60 inchs
3/8 fuel line - 72 inchs

Mind you I have a boost gauge and a MBC which adds quite a bit of hose onto the list.

But what you have on your list should cover your car.

Honestly .5mm is not a big difference when talking about vac line (it stretchs). If you use 3.5mm just put a little KY on the nipples... makes it easier to slide them on.

I doubt youll need 22ft of 3.5mm. Or 10ft of 3/8. But its always good to have some spare stuff laying around. And KY is a sex lubricant. Works pretty well when trying to fit something into a tight hole

Yeah you can get it any where. The reason why I like it is because its water based, not petroleum. It should be near the pharmacy.
