I Need Some Much Help Its Not Funny

So my car is running funny right, well thats all fun and dandy, i check the some reasons i thought why and nothing seemed to be wrong, And then it happened i did a compression check and rotor1 has fine compression but rotor2 has NONE, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG

Blunt and to the point, not to mention the truth. It sounds like your missing an apex seal(s) on rotor 2! thats my guess as well as to why theres no compression as well!
