Unhappy i need help rebuilding my motor

a few months ago my engine died,so me and my one friend(12A builder) open the engine up and inspect everything and i order a bunch of new parts that i need.A few of the parts arrived and the other ones are on they way from PUERTO RICO,but now my friends is telling me that hes not going to put my motor back together because he only deals with 12A(THATS BULLSHIT).I start calling around shops in PA but nobody wants to put the motor back together because they didnt
actually open the motor. So i order from e-bay a copy off OVERHAULING MAZDA 13B WITH BRUCE TURRENTINE because i was willing to do it myself but i got confused with the video(please dont make fun off me guys). So basicaly i need somebody to put my motor back together,im not locking for warranty or anything else i just need the shortblock back together. If anybody wants to help or nows somebody in PA(Lehigh valley area) please let me now thants Jorge

What parts of the video are you confused with? If you have all the parts, and everything is within spec, we can slap your engine together in a day..

When we open the motor the rear rotor, rear housing and front iron were trashed,we found all the apex seals on the rear on pieces and in the front iron the corner that always brake(water jacket)was gone my friend told me to buy just the hard parts and 3 apex seals and slap everything back together and i didnt agree then he got ****.The front rotor looks good the front housing to ecentric shaft its in good shape intermedia housing is good, bearings, oil pump there all in specs(thats what he said)Now im waiting for the rear rotor, rear housing and front plate that my brother send me from P.R and i still waiting for some parts from mazdatrix and atkins.
so far I have
RA SEALS(waiting for atkins spring set)
third gen corner seals springs
solid corner seals
solid thermal pellet
RA o-ring kit
reusing old side seals
new side seals springs(waiting from atkins)
competition oil seals springs(mazdatrix)

I believe the oil control rings are the same rings, it's just that they're only supposed to be inserted one way. Look on the video, he talks about how one side has a chamfer.. That one goes the same direction on both, but I can't remember if it's chamfer facing inwards or outwards.. If you got your thermal petllet replacement from atkins, it should have come with instructions, though I know the video talks about inserting it, too..
