Why not get some flat steel from Home Depot or Lowe's and reinforce it on both sides? (Read welding) Seems like you've got enough thread there to cover the extra width.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
**** take some bed rails (angle iron) and weld a L-brace... That's what I did and it hasn't even come close to breaking... Oh and try slipping the clutch a little when you launch... Wheel hop is what breaks a subframe mount...

Diff mount snapped right off of the subframe. The diff mount didn't break it actually took a chunk of the part it was attached to off! A shop welded it back on and then reinforced it with some steel which was also welded on too. It's been four years now and no problems, but I forgot how the hell it was done....

I think that is the answer. A pinion snubber will take a LOT of pressure off the sub-frame and keep it from flexing.

Slammedblk7 - I don't think anyone suggested it yet, but you can re-use your now-broken front mount. Weld it into one piece (and make sure you get the gap right.) You'll get more 'road noise' from it, but just go with a single exhaust and you won't hear it much.

Well what i think is causing alot of stress is my solid diff mount, not allowing any slack. Noise and vibration is nothing new to me with solid engine mounts and a one piece N1 single.
