Here's a word of advice- don't expect a sudden night/day difference. I was expecting WAY more from the street port.
You get about the same gain from putting on an intake and exhaust.
One plus- you get more gains out of mods. (If an intake says it gets you 5 hp, you will prbably get more like 8) You engine will be flowing way more now.... so it is now vital that you open up the exhaust and intake ans much as you can. Port the intake, get headers.... etc.

I haven't taken it above 4000rpm, but from 2500 to 3500 in 4th gear I felt a difference. It was $300 for the streetport, and about $2400 for the whole rebuild.

Turbo for 91 N/A

I was wondering, how hard would be to put a turbo kit on a 2nd gen. "No guys I'm fine, I'm not on crack, just curious"
With an N/A 7 will a set of pulleys make a differrence, could someone
drop some knowledge on me about street porting.

Look at this slick kid, haha, he creeps in someone elses post and ask the "can i turbo this N/A..." to keep from getting flamed on the big post page, haha look for a guy called "vtekeater" i think it is, he has made a turbo kit, and maybe still selling them. Pullies will make it easier for your crank to turn by under "gearing" all your pullies on your alt water pump ect. i dont know about street porting, dont have one. Hope this helps. oh, use the search option at the top right, it does wonders. Have Phun
