It's a 1988 SE, bought for $300. It wasn't running due to broken belts, but i fixed them and now it runs almost good as new. It has 140k miles on what i think is the original engine.

It has quite a few problems: the driver's side door will not open from the outside due to a big dent around the door handle area, the dash starts beeping when driving >20mph (i think it has something to do with the power steering?), it looks got bumped from the front, because the fenders are a little misaligned, which makes the lights get stuck when they pop up, and the paint is peeling all over.

Another problem that is bugging me is that it takes a good 3-5 seconds of cranking before it will start when its cold. Any ideas what could be causing it to be hard to start? I have changed the spark plugs with no difference.
