Like the title says, I know I have one bad vacuum leak. I replaced the upper intake gasket thinking it was that but no. All lines seem ok but I can hear the leak pretty loud i just cant figure out were its coming from. I also sprayed carb cleaner but nothing changes.

Check all your vacuum hoses.

Seriously though, take a good look at any vacuum plugs you have they tend to break easily and it is hard to tell because they usually fail right at the seam.

I've had 0 success with spraying anything around the engine, including brake cleaner. This, on the other hand, is the bees knees. I keep the link for whenever someone has this issue, I have one and it's helped me find many leaks that I never would have otherwise.

What a straight forward way to find leaks. I like it. Simple enough to make your own setup as well. I think I will make one just for kicks.

yeah, hell you could probably make one out of wood, though I'd be extra careful not to get splinters in the intake. maybe soak it in polyurethane or something.

An unlit propane torch works well too. Albeit a bit dangerous... :-/

I found My leak!!!!!! It was one of my block off plates....the leak was so bad that I could just put my finger on it and make the car idle better. I found it while spraying carb cleaner like a maniac. The reason I could not find it before was because when the car would warm up the leak would almost seal completely.

Thanks everyone.

I stick a long vacuum tube in my ear and probe around with the other end.
