Apparently some companies that do rock landscaping sell the rock by weight, so you could weigh your car there. They have big scales for trucks to drive-up on so they can weigh the rock being purchased.

I'd be happy with the stock weight (2650, base model) since I have removed a lot of weight but also added a lot of weight. I removed:

-airpump, all cats, spare tire, jack, heat shields, stock seats (in favor of corbeau forza's), stock exhaust, stock flywheel/clutch, stock crank pulley, stock steering wheel and I'm sure a few other things I'm forgetting...all the little parts add up and stuff like the stock steering wheel is very heavy compared to a light momo piece. seems stupid, but it all adds up...

I added:

-front/rear strut braces, 17's (215/45 front, 235/45 rear), mazdaspeed front lip, kamanari side skirts, rear sport spoiler

The wheels and tires add a lotta weight though...I'll do some rough calcs of how much I've dropped and added...

By my calcs I lost about 108 lbs but those wheels and tires really add weight, maybe about another 10-12 lbs per corner. I'm looking to get Kosei P1's...the 16X8.5 is only a 16 lb wheel and thats not bad for such a wide wheel. my current 17X7's are likely 20lbs per wheel (ADR Stage II's). Anyone find out how much my ADR's weigh???

Go find a trucker weigh station, i.e if you live near a big highway they have truck weigh stations. I have never done it but a guy I know did., he came in at 2500 an 88 base, completely gutted.

Yeah actually I just went to the track and weight my car, after I removed the rear carpet and rear plastic, spare tire and jack, and passenger seat and guess what, 2600 lbs on the dot with out me in it!!! I also ran a 13.5 at 6psi, better than my 13.6 at 12psi
