What most people do, is simply move the input wire from the headlights to the parking lights.

At the fog light switch, there is a Red/Black and a Red/white.

Cut the red/black and cap off the side going towards the car. The side going towards the switch hook up ("T" into) to the Red/Black parking light wire at the AAS switch plug (also under/in the center consol plate even if you don't have AAS). You can also use the Red/black at the glove box light.

This allows the fog lights to be turned on with the parking lights as well as with the headlights, but you can't accidentally leave the fog lights on.
Alright, I want to do this now. I asked a question before but didn't get an answer. What's AAS? I don't see a wire that's unused in the center button area anywhere... am I looking in the wrong place?

You could use the panel light control source (reg/green) from the AAS connector.

I prefer using the fogs as daytime running lights.
My source to the fog light switch comes from the door window fuse, so they are on when the motor is on.

As in my avatar - you see me comming..

ANY IGN powered wire under the hood will work as long as you use a fuse and relay. This lights will only be on with the IGN in the ON position or the ACC position depending on where you get the switched power from. You can get it from the A/C fan harness plug at the front bumper which only has power when the IGN is in the ON position. To find that wire you can click the link below
http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_w...=148&co=1&vi=1

You can run a new wire from the battery if you would like to power the lights. I would have to look at the wiring diagram to see how they are wired stock to see if there is a switch or something and bypass it or how the usually activate.
