There is a much more accurate way to tell if you have an LSD besides judging skidmarks
. The best way to do it is to jack up the rear of the car, both sides (while the car is not running) and turn one wheel. If the other wheel rotates the opposite direction, you have an open diff (no LSD). If they both turn the same direction, you have an LSD.

I think that maybe that was my LSD - I lost it (the LSD) in 1974. Did anyone ever eat a lot of oranges while tripping? It is something to experience. Haven't touched that **** for 25 years but some things you never forget.

I did that. one wheel was hard to spin. when I spun (as fast as I could push it because when I let go it just stopped) the other didn't move.

As far as the orange products with acid goes...on the night where I took so much acid that I was completely paralyzed, blind, and could only sense the "energy centers" of my body (I actually have no idea what I was sensing, but I could only see several bright lights eminating from my body, and if I tried to move my head, it felt like my legs were flailing at 100 MPH, and this lasted for several hours...last time I ever did a *bunch* of acid), my friend came over just as I started tripping and found 5 frozen cans of frozen concentrated orange juice, poured them all into a gallon jug, and told me to drink. After that, him and my little sister painted my head with vasoline and permanent markers (nice sister and friend, huh) and then spent 20 minutes trying to convince me to let him staple my ******* shut. He left, and about an hour later I couldn't move and was blind for several hours. Fun stuff.

Those would be the only reasons for you car to behave that way...the wheels should spin fairly freely on any car. On my 951, since it doesn't have an LSD, one wheel spins one way and the other spins the other way. On my all-trac, if I spin one of the rear wheels, the other rear wheel spins the same direction. If it is off the ground (i.e. on a lift) and I have somebody helping me to spin both rear wheels the same direction, the front wheels also spin, but in opposite directions (it has a rear torsen, center viscous coupling, and front open diff). Make sure your parking brake is not engauged and try it again, and if it really hard to spin or doesn't move the other wheel at all, you may have a problem with your diff.

At least that explains the hair cut

marijuana is not a drug, it is a necessity Node
AAAAHH. so I went back and tried to spin the wheels with all brakes off. they were kind of hard to spin. not REALLY hard but did take some effort. and I couldn't get them spining fast at all. and the other wheel just stayed there. what do you think it is?
