I need to find a good place to buy a J-spec TurboII engine from (do they call it turboII?) anyhow, I'm going to be dropping this in a 1st Gen FB, so if the place just sells the block/turbo, then that's ok with me, BUT if you know a place that sells the whole thing, uncut harness, ECU, (and an exhaust manifold would be EXCELLENT) (do they also come with intake manifold(s) and all that stuff too?) all that jazzy extra stuff would be a definite bonus. So, feed me some places, I want one that is reputable and has decent prices too if possible.

And finally, what should I ask them to check and tests to run (compression, etc) before I buy it from them?
