i can't figure this out.
i have a 87 tii and it take forever to start. it just starts at 500 rpm and then dies. when it warms up it idles at 700-800 rpm but 30 sec later drops down to 500. what can this be? i checked the tps, uninstalled the intercooler and just checked all the wiring and what not. any advice would be great. thanks
i've been having a similar problem it sounds like the car isn't getting enough gas and the engine shakes real hard and sounds like a lawnmower i give it some gas for about 5 secs and it warms up what could thos problem be? i haven't changed my fuel filter

Does it run fine when it warms up? The first few symptoms sound like your motor is shot.
