I broke my engine... I think...
I was a member on this forum some time ago and stopped coming on because I had put my car on jack stands to replace the transmission... Since I am not a large guy I had to rely on the help from others to get it installed... I got it almost together but the engine and transmission did not seem to want to mate... I was getting a little drunk at that time so I stopped till I could sober up... I did not feel like dying...
*
So... After about a month of waiting on others I decided to go about it on my own... I got under the car and tightened the two bolts on the bottom portion of the transmission... and it went together fine...
Then I got on top and started the bolt that was on the driver side... I would work that one till it got tight and run to the one on the passenger side and tighten it till it got tight... I did this till I felt the one on the driver side pop...
*
Naturally I started cussing, thinking I broke the bolt... I got my drop light and saw that the bolt was intact... When I looked closer, I realized that the part of the engine that the bolt wast threaded into had snaped off... Is this actually the engine or is it a bracket that can easily be replaced...
*
I am not able to look down in there to find out since my drop light is in about a million pieces... I was really p*ss*d when I saw that and chunked the light against the wall...
*
Sorry for the lengthy story... Any and all help would be greatly be appreciated...

I've received 12 views and no answers to my question...
All I need is one of the following answers...
Man... It is just a little bracket and requires replacing...
(this is the least likely but most desired answer with in my own reasoning)
or...
Dude... Your Screwed... It would be better to part this thing out... By the way... Do you have a steering column cover and mirror triangles that are intact that you would like to sell...?
(Most likely answer but least desired... And... Yes... Yes, I do have those parts... Look for them and many other low mileage and clean parts in the fs section... )
Thanks again for the help...
