Do you have any boost creep/spike issues with the hybrid? I ported my wastegate out very large, as well as externally vented it,so I don think I should have any issues.

i did exactly what rxmfn7 did and put the stock ecu back in. for 250-280rwhp, the stock ecu is a lot easier, and um it passes smog.

the last hybrid setup i had on the car was an s5 hotside and a to4 compressor (superv i think? ) on my stock motor with a 3" exhaust i could get 11psi from 2000-7500rpms, it was fast too =).

I get 1 to 2psi boost creep witch is way better than the boost creep I used to get before the wastegate porting.
