so ive been getting my car put together and ive been trying to get it to start. at first it started and then smoked like hell for a bit . then the car kept flooding out. now when ever i try to start it it refuses to start and fuel leaks out from the flange of my header to my cat. i know that not right but i was looking through my engine bay and a manual and i saw that i dont have a solenoid resistor! do i need this......and/or is that causing my supreme flood out. any help is appriciated.
