Question Hubs?

Can you replace the bearing in the pass. rear hub? B/C I went to mazda and they said that you could not replace the bearing in the rear hub. They said that you have to replace the whole thing. If you can replace it how do you replace it.

Do you have to grind notches in the hub (the same way that you do on the fronts) to be able to get the original bearings out?

I purchased my bearings and seals from local parts store. The same one that pressed out the bearings.
Check with thw people where your going to have them pressed out. It's a lot easier to have them order the bearings/seals and do the install, then taking parts in from another supplier.
That is unless you have a press.

OOOps. No bearings there. Must have been Victoria British or Steve's Foreign Auto Parts on Vickery in Ft Worth. Sorry 'bout that misinfo. Buuuuut....I bet if you called them they'd sell you some rear bearings (Mazdatrix).
