Whats the best exhaust setup

I was just wondering for a 88 RX7 Turbo what is the best exhaust to run. I was thinking 2.5 inch piping with dual mufflers.

Just quiet enough to not get noise tickets.

Dual mufflers for looks - Single to save $$.

Racing beat is pretty deep and quiet. Sound really isnt my first priority when it comes to modding my car. Whats the point in modding it if you arent going to take advantage of every bit of power?
