How do you wire the acv to continually dump air to the port air?
I failed smogg and we think the acv is not working properly.I have a new magnaflow CA cat. New tps set properly and timing is correct. Do i have to just wire this open to prevent air dumping to the floor hose Do i have to make sure the air goes comes out here?
I'm not sure if this is correct. My HC and CO are high but my NO are good.
