how to take off rev limiter
You can't disable the limiter, it's part of the ECU's software. You would need to remove the instrument cluster and disable the buzzer to stop it.
Why do you want to rev past the 8500rpm limiter? Do you have the mods necessary to make power that high? Do you have the internal engine mods required to do this safely?

Yeah, IF the engine can take it (you need better apex seals, stationary gears, etc), then you need a standalone to get rid of the limiter.
Even if you could rev that high safely, you need a bridgeport or bigger to make any power up there.

Why do you guys want to do either of those things? Are your vehicles modded that heavily?
Unless your engine is modded, reving past 8000 is doing you NO good.
Use the search function, this has been discussed a billion times.

pull guage cluster, locate buzzer on bottom middle of the circuit board (facing driver) insert screwdriver and break buzzer in half.
Or: You can take ALL the guages off the cluster, remove the board from the bezel and unsolder the buzzer. (how mine is done)

yes but reving that high on a stock port engine is really stupid. You make a lot less power, and the engine is dying.
I say go for it if you have an urge to find out how to rebuild a rotary

He justs wants to know how to take the rev limiter off!!! Look at my mods? Now tell me how to take it off ?
I dont think the buzzer has anything to do with the limiter but I can be wrong ? does anyone know ?

The buzzer is just annoying. The rev limiter is in the computer. Corksport can get you a moded one for about 300 bones. Add the 200+ for the S-AFC and you're half way to a Haltech with none of the driveability.
If you really need to hit higher revs you'll want a standalone anyways. Thats the boat I'm in right now. Holding out for a cheap used E6K or Wolf 3D.
