How to seal PS rack

I removed all the lines and the pump for the power steering, and I am about to go get some bolts to plug up the two holes that are in the rack now.

Should I put some RTV sealer or something on the bolts? Maybe some teflon tape? What should I do to make sure the bolts make a good seal?

OK, so I just got the bolts. Any advise before I put them in? I don't want any leaks or any dirt to get in there.

dont use RTV, the fluid will eat it up anyway. All you should have to do is just put the bolts in. You dont need it when putting in the lines, so why would you need it now?

Yeah I guess thats true. Although the lines do have little o-rings at the rack. But then again there is not nearly as much pressure without the pump.
Thanks.
