How to replace stock gauges...

im going to be purchasing these gauges:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=43952

It sahouldnt be too tough to get the dash off I dont think, but once I actually get to the gauge cluster does anyone have any idea how these are installed? does the older one just pop off and this one goes over it? is there a bulb I need to replace to make it glow blue instead of orange? thanks guys

It should have instructions in it.... But from what i understand the indiglo comes with the faces... and you have to remove the stock pieces.. its very straight forward, you should be able to figure it out if you get in there and take off the gauge surround and then a couple more screws and unclip the 2 connectors from the back and it should pop right out

Also, i meant to say that the gauges come with their own lighting so you wont have to worry about bulbs...

and you're welcome! :P

Good writeup- just don't forget- you need to wire them to a wire that gets 12v when the headlight switch is on, and NOT off the dimmer switch- that is bad for the transformer that powers the indiglo lights. They will have their own dimmer switch you will mount under the dash somewhere, I chose under the right side near the center console.

i'm about to experiment with using LED's where the light bulbs go, i'm not a fan of blue, especially when everything else is red still.
