there is some kind of wheel that you put onto a air drill and it supposed to take it right off....the problem is that it costs a lot of money for one...like around $100...that what this shop guy told me...don't know if any of this is true or not...the guy is a crackhead!!

Use your fingernails(sometimes a razor blade if you going to have it painted) and a heat gun. You can find the heat gun in the hard wear store around a paint section, there used for wall paper.

my friend who works at a detail shop uses a plastic razor blade and a heat gun. not sure where you get the plastic razor blade though. usually the paint needs to be buffed afterwards to get the fade let from the stripe to go away.
if you don't have a heat gun a blow dryer used in moderation will work. don't get the stripe too hot or it gets weak and you have to keep restarting. and if it's too cold it will break because it's still sticking to the car too well.

I agree with banzai. They are only around 17 dollars (Canadian) and you can get them at your local auto parts store. It screws into the end of the drill and its just a big eraser. takes the pinstriping off like no ones business

You guys crack me up!
Advice out the A##.
Go to a sign shop and tell them you want to buy a "lil chisler'. Usually a pink plastic scraper. Every one should have one.
Heat gun idea alright but may @#$% up your clear or paint.
Take your time and all will work out.
The WHEALS are great but will eat the paint off.
Body shop idea is the best yet--or call a dealership ind ask them who "installs" their pintripes.
That guy will have the right tools and knowlrdge to not mess up your car.
