acceleration and idle problems

1.when i acclerate in all gears the engine cuts off at 4500 to 5000 rpms is there some kind of rev limiter or something what is the problem

2. the car drives when i am driving when i let off the gass it dies

lose injector wire
or broken
check elec connections on injectors

check what gr0undz3r0 said, but i would check ignition too.. (u could check plug by plug if they are all firing....)

and TPS settings.....
