How to remove the front and rear bumpers?

I'm trying to remove the front and rear bumpers from my 1990 RX-7. Are there any links or videos showing where all the bolts are to take them off? I've already taken the 2 bottom ones under the sides of the rear bumper along with most of the ones behind the spare tire.

Yku mean the bumper covers or the actual bumpers?

Downkoad the fsm, it shows you everything you need to know about that.

Theres about 10-15 bolts/nuts that hold the front bumper on (if it hasnt been taken off before. I know a lot of guys including myself that dont re-use all bolts when re-installing bumper covers). Like i said though, check the fsm for a diagram of all mounting bolts/nuts. If the bumpers are unmolested there should be 3 nuts on each side of the front bumper, about 6 on the top in the hood latch area and probably 6 more on the bottom of the bumper.

check here, particularly page 14-15 and page 14-17.

this is for an s4 though but i would imagine an s5 isn't entirely too different.

It's not hard at all. The only nuts you might have trouble with are the three on each side of the front bumper that connect it to the fenders. You'll need to use an extended socket and pull back the fender liner to get to them. All of the other nuts for the front should be visible. Just take some off, pull on the bumper, and determine where the other ones are. Common sense.

For the rear, you'll have to lift the carpet over the spare and the corner carper pieces. There are quite a few nuts holding the rear on, but make sure you are taking the right ones out, as the tail light nuts look similar. Behind the corner carpet pieces there is a bolt for each side that is a bitch to reach. I think I had to use an open end wrench for those. After you get the nuts on the inside, there are four plastic rivets under the bumper, and I believe two on each side in the wheel wells that you need to remove.

The diagram from the Haynes manual was a mess of lines; it's probably easier to figure out yourself.

^^^^I agree the hardest ones to get are the side ones on the front. It took me a few hours to get my front bumper cover off because i didnt have a deep 10mm socket so I had to use a wrench and it took forever. lol

Once you get to wrenching on it, itll be pretty clear what the mounting nuts/ bolts are.

a few long extensions and a deep 10mm makes quick work of the front bolts, turning the wheel to one side you can reach in behind the wheel well skirts

if they have never been off there is a good chance they might break off, new stud strips are not that expensive from mazda
