hi i have a 86 gxl and i want to know how to open the sunroof with no power
as i do not have a battery currently in the car

also i wanted to know what are tell signs of a lsd as i want to be safe to know that i have one

 

back from the sunroof there should be a plug in the headliner pull that out and find an allen key that fits, turn and voila

 

which way do i turn if im sitting in the driver seat

 

i just had to do mine today and i believe its clockwise

 

Give a little push on the sunroof as you turn it to help it pop its self out so it can slide back too.

(Then again, I have yet to see an FC where you don't have to help it pop its self out and slide back even with power haha)

 

does anybody know where i can get a replacement panel?
mines is so bad that when i use an impact drill(only way to open) it sprinkles an even amount of rust which im pretty sure is locking the tracks

i think there is sometimes CF or fiberglass floating around but for the price your better off going to a junkyard
