5 IIRC for the engine. Someone more knowledgeable will chime in for the tranny fluid (I just got my Redline **** free, so I gotta do it myself soon).

Engine: 5.8litres/6.1US qt/ 5.1 Imperial qt (dry engine)
Tranny (MT): 2.0litres/2.1 US qt/1.8 Imperial qt

All according to the FSM.

The Factory Service Manual is available for download in the FAQ. It contains this information, plus complete service procedures for the car. It is mandatory reading for anyone intending to work on the RX-7 and will answer many questions such as this one.

The search feature is also a valuable resource and should be the first place after the Factory Service Manual to look for information.
