how much for my engine?

Hey guys, im saving up for a full T2 swap for my 91 n/a. The motor thats in there is seized, i think it might be hydro-locked, i tryed using MMO but it aint budging. My question is, do you think I could sell it and make anything off of it even though there is a chance that its seized? Also, if its worth selling, how much do you think I can get from it?

Check with some of the people that rebuild rotarys. Most of them are always looking for cores that they can get at least half a motor from.

Did you try having someone tow it, and toss it in gear??

That will break just about anything free :p.

Better yet, practice street-porting on the old housings and plates.

Then you can do it to your turbo motor.

Worth the $100 Im sure.

yeah i was consider towing it and dropping it in gear, but didnt just because i didnt wanna messup the drive-train at all. I might try selling it to some rotary guy so he can use the pieces.. as for the practicing street porting, thats a very good idea
