4 quarts even always seems to work for me, then again I premix, so I don't have to worry about the level going down any...Maybe a little more if you're running with the oil metering system...

Enough to fill to the "Full" line on the dipstick?

I've found it usually takes 4 quarts, unless I'm changing the oil after a fairly long drive (as in, it's all hot). Then it takes closer to 5.

Put 3 in, look at dipstick. Add oil as needed. It takes roughly a quart to go from the "low" mark to the "full" mark, to give you an idea.

Wayne, do you have the OMP totally removed and have a little custom wiring or what is your setup like i should ask.

I would really like to run w/o an OMP and i was curious if anybody ever figured out the resistance that the OMP gives To the ECU so i can figure up some custom setup to eliminate all traces of the OMP--like adding a resistor or something along those lines.

sorry if i sound NOOBish,
Matt

Also sorry for the threadjack

I usually go out, drive the car for a while, then jack it up on one side and loosen the drain bolt. Then I let it sit overnight. This way I use a full five quarts.
