How much do you think it's worth?

Hey guys,
I have one too many projects going on right now. My '90 Turbo II has been sitting for over a year now while I've collected tons of go-fast bits for it, but still has no engine. I'm thinking of putting an engine in it, installing said go-fast bits, and selling it to fund another project. Therefore I'm wondering how much I might be able to get for it. The car is a '90 Turbo II, black with 205k on the chassis. It has no interior currently, though I could put the interior back in. It currently has no air conditioning, disabled ABS, power steering, and power seatbelts (have the parts to convert to manual belts), and no rear wiper or washer. It also has no stereo components or antenna (all these things were removed with the intent of making it a track car). The body is in fair shape, with no rust but the driver's door is banged up a little. Also the front bumper is unpainted, but I could probably attend to these things before selling it. I will be dropping in a J-spec 13BT, so there will be no emissions sadly, although the exhaust does have a high-flow cat. It has rebuilt front and new rear brake calipers, and will have a new clutch master and slave cylinder.

Here are the modifications I will be installing:

Body:
RE Amemiya aero mirrors
Attain replica carbon fiber bumper guards

Interior:
MOMO Start bucket seat
MOMO Corse 320mm steering wheel
full host of AC Autotechnic gauges

Suspension/chassis/brakes:
Cusco Safety 21 6pt. roll cage (with padding)
Cusco triangular rear strut tower bar
Tanabe Sustec springs
Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings
Goodridge stainless braided brake hoses
cross-drilled slotted rotors
Hawk blue pads front

Engine/transmission:
GReddy FMIC
GReddy turbo timer
GReddy RS blow-off valve
Mazdaspeed (probably fake but it does the job) ground wiring kit
MSD coil packs and plug wires
Corksport 3" turbo-back exhaust w/ Magnaflow 3" catalytic converter
3" intake
ACT Pro-lite flywheel
ACT 6-puck clutch

Wheels/tires:
Mazdaspeed MS-01 (old-school type) 17x7 +30 front 17x8 +35 rear
Advan Neova 215/40/17 (or something close) front, Advan A046 235/45/17 rear

So that's about the extent of it. Would anyone care to share thoughts? I'd ideally like to get a solid $5k for it, but I would assume unless I fix up the exterior and interior to better condition, I won't have a chance. Do you think I'd be better off selling it as a race car?

Why will there be no emissions?

S5s don't have EGRs anyway.

I think you would get more money if you parted it out, but that sucks

Possibly, yes. But I already have 3 cars' worth of parts in my basement which are selling very slowly.

I agree with redrex7r. You would get more money by parting it out. There is no way you would get $5K for that unless you first invested about $4-5K to fix it up.

^ sadly true. i mean your seriously lokking @ 4.2k tops for everything done and working. thats why i will hold on to my girl for a while since its worth a hell of alot more to me than selling it. i put about 8.5k into my car now and still would be lucky to get 5.5 out of her. the market is not here for these cars anymore.

Hmm, you're probably right. I ought to see what it would take to get it prepared for a race class, because that might be a viable alternative. If not, anyone know how much I might get for my shell? I could keep the exhaust and most things in the engine bay so all someone would have to do is throw a motor in it...
