im loveing the paint HAHA right now im at 3000. but it would have under 2k if i didnt go front mount, Turbo XS BOV , SAFC, etc.

Mine costed me alittle under $1000. I kept the N/A drivetrain though. That price includes the engine (s4), ecu/wire harness, fuel pump, hood, stage 3 clutch, S5 turbo.

actually the best way is to keep the non turbo cluster and add a vac/boost gauge to the pillar or steering surround or dash.

That way you keep the voltmeter and end up with a better than stock boost gauge.
