How much boost (supercharger) would be needed to get an NA with intake and exhaust mods up to around 275 HP (flywheel)? I'm probably sitting at about 180-190 with existing mods. Can this be done while keeping the car emissions legal (sniff test).

 

12PSI should do it. You might get away with less boost if you port the engine.
