Street port? This is kind of a ball-park guess but I'm thinking around a total HP rating of 170ish.

Depends which motor you have an what supporting mods you have to go along with it and if its going to be carb or EFI. It also depends on how big of a street port you do as well and who does the porting. Generally a mild to mid range street port will give you 15% more power.

Covered a million times before.

1650HP on average at the flywheel.

180 (flywheel) if you have a well tuned standalone, good exhaust, can stand some noise and are lucky.

Anything above that is unrealistic unless you really know what you're doing.

There are no valves in a rotary engine.

If you are referring to the aux port valves and actuators, you need to keep them. Wiring them open will cause a severe drop in low end torque, making the car slower overall. You won't gain anything up top.

Grind them out while the engine is disassembled. But all that will do is make it louder.
