Alright first off, Hi guys. i picked up a 1991 Rx7 coupe NA, it wont start. has new battery and it dosent even click or try to turn over.. thinking its the starter so i am going to pick one up this weekend. just curious if there has been any other issues with this yr/model car that would also cause any problems.

 

Do you get any power in the car at all?

If not, check the main 80A fuse in the engine bay panel.

 

i get electrical power like lights wipers moonroof, etc. but nothing for engine as far as it turning over or anything. nothing no clicking or anything.

 

Hm. Ignition switch may be bad. Try applying 12V directly to the starter solenoid. If that works, check the clutch switch, starter cut relay, and ignition switch.
