How Many Cylinders Do I Set MSD Ignition Box To?

How Many Cylinders Do I Set MSD Ignition Box To?

I just want to know how many cylinder we are supose to set the msd to 4, 6 or 8??

I've never used the MSD boxes, but with the Crane boxes it doesn't matter. It's just being used for it's CDI capability and doesn't perform any retard or rev limiting.

Generally I set them to 4 or 8.

mine is set on 4, and usually for situations where your dealing with pistons compared to rotors. u take the number of rotors and multiply by 2 so for a 20b it should be at 6
