How long does ATF burn!?

I used about 1/8th a bottle between two rotors, and it's just been smoking like crazy for the past 40 minute's it has ran, how much longer is it going to smoke!? It's creating such a fog you can't see down the street!

You need to "heat up the exhaust" to burn all the ATF out.

Tell your neighbors that you are "fogging" the neighborhood to kill all those pesty mosquitos. At idle, it will smoke forever. Blow that ATF out by redlining 1st and 2nd gear until you eliminate smoke.

I ran mine to redline several times and the fogging stop after a couple of miles. Yep, I created traffic for a good 2 miles, but didn't cause any accidents. Best to do when noone is around and when it is windy out.

MMO and Seafoam are thinner and burn out quicker. I noticed that a full quart of MMO or Seafoam in the gas tank every now and then keep the engine running smooth. And, when mixed with the gas, either didn't cause any smoke. I will not need to perform ATF treatments anymore.

why did you use an 1/8th of a bottle??? You are only suppose to use a capful per rotor. Dumping ATF in the motor like that does alot more harm than good.

a small amount of atf in the motor helps build compression to assist a motor that has trouble starting. So, for awhile, the motor will seem extra peppy. But it doesnt do a very good job cleaning carbon out of the motor contrary to what some people think. Try taking a used rotor and soaking it in atf for awhile.
Theres not need to dump atf in an engine the starts and runs fine.

Well, I think 1/8th or less of the bottle was used during the two times it was done to the engine, and I'm not sure if it's all burnt off from the first time. What happenedw as the engine was shipped with ATF, then we rebuilt it, then after the rebuild put a little bit more in so it would start easier (and it did), but now it's just smoking like crazy! 1/8th was just a rough guess if the previous stuff maybe was sitting in the turbo or something. Just wondering how I can get rid of this smoke, the damn car could smoke up an entire block!
