Of the two wires to the motor you would supply voltage to one terminal and a ground to the other. If that doesn't move the window then switch the wires such that the one that was receiving voltage is now getting ground and the one that was getting the ground now gets the voltage.

if you just look at the switch connector, the wires going to the motor are the red and green i believe

Yeah your right gxl90rx7 its is red and green wire, yeah i tried + on red and - on green and nothing happens
tried - on red and + on green and nothing, so im guessing its toast, to replace it all i need its just the black square part right, and is there any relays for the window motor? i checked the window switch and thats good, If i wasnt able to lift up the window from my driver side im guessing it was bc it was toast

There are no relays with the stock set up. A disconnected connector could also contribute to your problem but if the motor didn't work when connected to voltage and a sufficient ground and it didn't budge then it it's likely toast.

Satch- i was finally able to jump the window motor, so i raised it all up, so it works which is good, but i still cant raise it up from the master switch, it used to work fine using the master switch, once i get the passenger switch will the master switch work again for the passenger side, thanks for the help Satch

The signal from the driver switch to open or close the passenger windows goes through the passenger switch so you need both switches to open/close the passenger window from the main switch.
